I just replaced one on my 2000 Trans Am (PS Pump). Pretty easy once you get the pulley off. Mine would not come off without power tools so I removed the pump with the pulley on it and then took the pulley off. Theres 2 bolts holding the pump on and 2 hoses you have to disconect going to the resevoir and pump.

In general you need to remove the pulley. SOME speed shops have made custom tools to avoid this needed step but after time I have forgotten exactly what was done.

Pretty easy, rent a pulley removal tool from autozone or auto parts store, take off you belts, remove the pulley, a few bolts holding it on, then the reservoir pops off and you can put it on the new pump.
