Rag top bird

I have a 91 Firebird and the fog lights are not working I am getting power out of the switch but nothing at the light?

Bad ground or a possibility of blown bulbs. Check your fuses?

I have checked the ground with a test light and it is good and I cant find a fuse for it I have not put in a new bulb yet because I have no power to the light where would the fuse be I looked under the dash and could not find a fuse that was marked fog lights
