Multiple Misfires

So I have an 01 z28 with long tubes and tsp true dual system that I recently added a tsp 233/239 cam to. The car has a solid basemap tune on it. I have been having multiple misfires that when scanned showed up on each side of the motor. Now that I have the basemap it is harder to pinpoint exactly which cylinders because of the tune not registering misfires. So far I have replaced the plugs and the o2 sensors but still having the same results, the wires look to be in good shape. If someone could shine some light on something I may be overlooking that would be very much appreciated. We did remove the motor when installing the cam and everything seemed to go rather smooth but I am leaning towards something that could have gone wrong there. Any input on what could be causing this?

Also it has misfired at idle but it is mostly under partial throttle and below 3000 rpms.

Was it tuned at all after you did the cam swap? If not, then that's probably what your problem is

Frost had it on the dyno to tune it but he said it wasn't right mechanically, so he put a basemap tune on it and I am going to bring it back once I get this issue figured out.

He was speaking about the misfiring. It is a mechanical problem and not a tuning problem. It is hopefully a small problem but I haven't figured it out yet.
