ok, i took out the t-stat... and it drove good and hard for about 20 min. then started overheating again... and now i know its my PS in the coolant... my res. tank was empty...
thats just it, it wasnt spitting out anything... i did the power steering cooler and that is working great.. i flushed it out and put in new 50/50... but its still over heating... i took off my intake and can see a crack... so im guessing thats it

Its probably pissing out AFTER you shut the engine off and walk away.....because the pressure rises for awhile. Then when it starts to cool off air gets sucked into the cooling system. That creates a bubble and can cause the t-stat to not open.
Just a guess. Only way to find out, go for a drive and get it to operating temp....put the front end on ramps, shut the engine off, wait about 10 minutes and come back and look and see if coolant is leaking out anywhere.
Lots of times people look for leaks while the engine is running and hot.....but the pressure is not there to push coolant out of the small leak or crack.
ok so today i went for a little drive after i put in a new low temp t-stat... and again over heated... but when i got back home and sat in my car for a few min.. i heat these loud clicking sounds coming from the drivers side of my radiator... no leaks even after about 30 min of just sitting here... its driving me crazy... and im pretty sure monday im going to change the radiator
