Help misfire lost

Help misfire lost Ok i got an problem with my car, gots a misfire.i turn the car on let it heat up to 210 degrees, spray some water on each header pipe water evaporates on each one except piston 1 and 6. I have checked coils,wires, spark plugs, and it is getting fuel. What can it be need help guys? What can cause it to misfire even if it is getting evering need to fire and not even cause the pipe to get hot, i can even touch it with my hand?
