Default ac pulley squeal

I replaced both pulleys and still had squeal. I replaced the belt and it went away for 1000 miles. The squeal is back so I used belt dressing. That made it worse. The tensioner does not seem lose but its the only thing I have not replaced. Is it the shitty 11 dollar belt or tensioner? The car have 48k miles.

its possible , but what i see at work alot with belt squeal is stuff on the belts, and pulleys, try baking soda, or comet or some sort of dry detergent, it absorbs stuff on the belts, see if it goes away! worse case you just wash it off
