Glue for console lid?

Looked for it in the posts and didn't see it listed. SEARCH function is not working on my phone. So forgive me if this horse is dead.

My console lid is starting to separate. (the vinyl and foam from the plastic frame). Is there a specific product or glue to use that works well to repair this issue before it gets worse. This is my second lid and I refuse to buy another one until it is completely destroyed. They are too expensive.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

gorilla glue from any home center like menard, lowes, home depot or 3M adhesive from any auto parts store.

Excellent, I will be getting the glue tomorrow and building a jig for it to cure in tonight.

It sounds like you are loosing the K&N gasket that sticks to the lid? Are you still running a K&N? If not, you can just ditch the foam - its not needed for a regular filter.
