Default Lq9 or ls1

I've got a 99 Camaro with cam tb and headers along with other minor stuff I'm thinking I spun a bearing in my ls1 I wanted to know what would be better an lq9 with my stock heads my cam and other ls1 parts or another ls1 any advice or tips or just any help would be awesome

Another question I have is will all my ls1 stuff bolt up to the lq9

Yes, they will all fit, but you have to do some modification for the alt bracket.
