little help please!!!

Hey everyone, I am new to this site/forums in general so please bare with me.
I've got a 1999 T/A and im having an issue with my turn signals.

My passenger works fine, both front and rear....however my left hand signal doesnt blink, the light on dash and in rear just stay on, and the front one does nothing at all. Im assuming its the relay to make it not flass( assuming not sure) and am clueless as to why the front does nothing

just trying to get this working so i can get back out on the road....legally

yeah should have mentioned that, but its not the bulb i know that much....and even if so why would it not flash?

If it's just one side its a bulb. Check all of them on that side. The relay in under that dash but if the relay was bad it would be both sides
