Horn intermittently stops working
Horn intermittently stops working Hey all,
I need to get my car inspected and thus I need a working horn. The problem I am having is that my horn randomly does not work, but it then it will be fine just a few minutes later. When it works, it is loud and clear just as it should be. Steering wheel position does not seem to have a direct correlation to this problem. I figured I'd ask on here if there are any weak links in the horn circuit I could check prior to inspection, because as luck will have it the horn won't work when I take it in the shop. Any advice is greatly appreciated thanks.

check the grounds near the air lid base.. I remember removing one of those and wondering why my horn didn't work.. hooked it back up and wala.. maybe it needs a cleaning up or something
