Default Overheating problem

Hey folks
Got a strange issue of overheating but only when I turn on the A/C.

Just finished rebuilding the engine completely and have a meizere electric water pump but don't "think" it is the problem.

Typically when driving ETC is between 185-195 F*(depending if its sitting or moving) and IAT 80-90 F*.

When I turn on the A/C within a few minutes it is overheating. (spewing water out of the reservoir).

1. A/C having issues?
2. Did I get the hoses to/from reservoir and block (two hoses right below radiator cap reversed?)
3. Don't know which is why I am asking.

Leave A/C off, no issues and can drive hours (literally) without an issue.

Thanks in advance.

The outside of you condensor is dirty. You have to take it out and have it cleaned.

You are the 3rd person to say this. The tune should be doing that but I'll specifically turn EFI logging on for the fans to make sure they are both kicking on. Heck, maybe when I plugged them in it didn't completely connect.
