Electrical Problem?

Electrical Problem? Got a problem. Ya'll prolly read these all the time... sorry. 1998 Z28 LS1. A/C Compressor will not turn on (System completely checked, System in good working order, Not low and pressure is good). A/C Compressor only engages when jumped in the relay box with wire. The radiator cooling fan kicks on high as soon as ignition key is turned on, only when A/C Pressure sensor/switch is plugged in. Brand new AC Delco A/C Pressure sensor installed and no change. Also the fuel gauge not reading.

High Voltage A/C Pressure Sensor
All happened at the same time. Engine was running, found the negative cable loose on the battery. I moved the negative battery cable and car acted up. Changed side post bolts on cables. Hooked the battery back up. ECM relearned when I started the car. Then the problems listed above started. Everything else working properly and the engine runs smooth. I checked all fuses and relays. Any help will be appreciated.

Oh yeah, I did pull the blower motor out to clean the debris and put her back in. Are there any wires I could have messed up under the dash that might need to be checked? Thanks again.
