Default One cylinder down on psi. Thoughts?

I have a fresh motor that has been sitting for about 2 years. I have finally gotten it running and we are starting to tune it. We checked the cranking psi just to give it a small physical and they are all 220-230 except for one (cyl 5) at 200. Could this just be a stuck ring that needs a couple hits to loosen it up?

Thats not really "down" In my opinion. If you were 150, then I would be worried. Try squirting a little oil in the cyl to see if the results change.
