Default Idle low, idle high

I got in my Firehawk this morning to go to work, I don't drive it much, but when I started it it would barely idle. The RPM's were staying between 100 and 300. When I got in it to come home from work it was idling at about 2 grand. When I got home I pulled the lid and MAF sensor off and cleaned it along with the little sensor that's in the lid (what is this, IAT?). After I put it back together and it ran fine for now. What do you guys think? BTW, I only use, no ethanol 93 octane gas in it. Oh, and it still has the screen in the MAF and it was clean.
