Default vibration in rear end after headers

Installed a set of bbk longtubes on my 02 z28 about a month ago and that night as I was driving around the rear end of my car started making this really weird vibration like droning noise but it would only do it for a few minutes and then stop. Since then everytime I start it up and let it sit it will make this really loud droning vibration noise in the rear like something is rubbing and usually when I am backing up or taking off it will do it as well. I thought it my be something on my catback vibrating now since I put the headers on but I am starting to think it may be my rear end. Its been a month and its really getting annoying when I go to take it out on the weekends. Anyone have any ideas?

Catback may have adjusted over the last month and may be rubbing somewhere near the rear
