Torn MAP sensor seal, where to buy??

My map sensor seal has a tear in it and is causing a vacuum leak. Is there anywhere to buy a new seal without buying the whole sensor? Also, how are you Fast 92 guys securing yours to the intake? Just plugging it in and thats it?

GM does sell the rubber grommet for the map sensor separate......dont know the P/N offhand.......but i have bought them
