Default Schrader Valve Stuck

Well I was installing my nitrous kit and I was testing the solenoids. I was running a dry test so I reinstalled the schrader valve to keep fuel from going every where when the fuel pump primed. I put it in and tightened it down pretty good. After I finished testing, when I went to remove the valve with the schrader valve tool it wouldn't come out. I could feel the tool go into place on the valve, but I can spin the tool in either direction as much as I want and the valve stays where it is. Resistance doesn't increase or decrease.

I think I might have over tightened it and stripped the threads Anyone know any tricks to get it out, or am I going to have to replace the entire rail?

Are you talking about the plastic cap or the actual Schrader valve? I didn't even know those could be removed from the rail.

The actual schrader valve, it's a little metal piece that fits inside the port on the fuel rail. To run a wet kit without a standalone fuel cell you have to remove the schrader valve on the fuel rail so there's free flowing fuel to the solenoid.

I might try some really tiny plyers to see if I can get it, I'm kind of at a loss right now. I didn't want it to leak so I just gave it that last little turn to tighten it up. Bad move.

Here's a pic of the tool I'm using. I'm using the end that's in the top right. That little groove fits over a raised part of the valve and lets you turn it. I can feel that part line up right, but I can spin and spin the tool and the valve doesn't come out.

The sharp part of that tool with the spirals is for schrader removal when its either blown apart and wont come out or stripped . you can try using needle nose pliers and turning the schrader with them. if this dont work use the tool. pull the guts out of the schrader using the needle nose and shove that tool in it twisting. It should take some effort but it will come out. u can get rough with it just dont hit the threads.

sorry to not have seen this thread sooner, but if you still need a simply solution, they make a cool valve core tool that grips onto the valve core and makes removal a piece of cake. I bought one at a car show. their website is valvecoretool.com hope this helps you out.
