Car hopping from 1st to 2nd shift

Car hopping from 1st to 2nd shift Does anyone else with an A4 F-Body have problems with the car breaking traction at the top of 1st gear into 2nd? It feels like i'm bunny hopping and my speed will shoot from 50 to 60 quickly and then back to 57 or so when 2nd gear catches (And it shifts hard enough to throw you back. I broke a transmission mount already). Its an SS, so the tires are 275s on the back.
