Default Licence plate light

Hi i tried seaching but found nothing the socket seem to have melted around the bulb anyone know a fix for this?

go buy a new socket, its a 194/168 bulb. auto parts stores should sell one

i ahev the new bulb but i have no ide how to replace teh socket? if that makes any sence

Pull the socket/wire out from the holder. It should be held in with some screws, or a plastic clip. Cut the wires. Splice the wires from the car to the new socket. Solder them, or have somebody solder them if you aren't capable. Wrap the wires with electrical tape SEPERATELY. Reinstall. Drive.
