Steering is off
Hi,
I just bought a 95 trans am for 900 bucks (I couldn't resist) and anyways the steering is off...and I mean way off. To go straight you have to hold the steering wheel at ~20 degrees to the left. Is the frame F'd up or is just something with the steering or something? The steering wheel feels extremely light with no resistance in it so it seems like something is wrong. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

did you check simple things such as tire pressure, to make sure they are all the same. Also, its possible the alignment could be off. When i got my Camaro, i had the steering wheel adjusted a few degrees but nothing big. If you bought it for 900$ chances are it was in an accident (Carfax?) I hope you test drove the car before buying it.
