HELP! Minor sputtering!

HELP! Minor sputtering! Well everything seemed perfect on the ride home today.
About an hour after i was home my dad said i need to move my car to a different spot so he can pull out tomorrow morning...simple enough..
I begin to back up and it seems like this is my first time driving a stick! My idle is 500-600 when leaving first gear or reverse if im not ON TOP the gas (normally 900-1k) and the lights dim a bit like its loosing battery strength and its going to stall! (only when starting from a stop)
Most everything is normal, Oil pressure, engine temp, yes i have gas, battery.
The only thing i noticed different was no check engine light, i typically have 1 for no air pump, but its just not on at all this time.
It idles OK i guess, doesnt stall, but when i give it some revs up to 1200-1500 while in neutral, the revs go UP...then down to 600-700 and almost stalls, but regains idle after that.
...i also noticed shitty gas mileage which makes me believe its the 02's but no codes so...****?
