Bad MAF?

It sounds like you had a fatal MAF code, which you fixed by getting a new sensor: http://www.obd-codes.com/p0102

After you put in the new sensor, did you do a learn procedure on the PCM? After you put in a sensor to fix these kinds of things you need to:
- Erase the stored codes
- Take the car for a short drive on the highway for the PCM to "learn" the new sensor settings.
- Check to see if you have any new codes

If your MAF was reporting low air, the car would cut back on fuel, causing your lean condition. You'll need to get out and drive so the car can re-learn your air/fuel mixtures.

I drove it and within 5 miles it must have Reset the PCM. The description in the link was what I was feeling....sluggishness And down on power

Did you erase the codes and then re-scan?

I erased the codes but never scanned I'll see if I can get a scan tool again

Yea always scan again after a test drive a majority of codes need more than one warm-up cycle to set.
