Default Engine leaking off the tranny

Like the title says i have an oil leak coming off the driver side of my transmission right where it and the engine meets. It only leaks with the engine running but i cant see where it is coming from. Im not sure where it could be coming from so if you have any ideas please spit them out haha

Thanks for any help!

Maybe a bad rear main seal? It is a pretty commomn deal with LS1 vehicles that have some mileage on them. I can't really think of anything else it would be.

Well with the car running it will leak on the back of the flywheel and sling it around the bellhousing. The only other thing I would maybe think to do is pull the intake and see if you can tell where it is coming out of from the top of the motor.

That could definitely be a possibility, I didn't even think of that but I have seen them go bad and leak oil through the actual plug itself. I guess you are just going to have to pull off the intake and try to find out where it is coming from.
