I noticed a weird noise on my camaro ss 1999 after fixing a coolant leak directly on top of water pump. Also, I washed the engine bay with simple green and hosed it off. This is what it sounds like now! I hear it from the water pump pulley ( it wobbles a bit). Let me know what you guys think!

One of the pulleys is shot (most likely water pump). That sound is the pulley or shaft wobbling. My water pump pulley also wobbled when it wore out, but only in my hand. It didn't wobble when it was installed because of the belt's tention pushing it up to one side. It looks like you've got other parts loose behind the pulley. Best change it ASAP to avoid unwanted problems such as possibility of the impeller shaft disconnecting from the pulley (thus stopping coolant flow) or having the coolant start to leak when you're out in the middle of nowhere.
