Default problems with my new 98 ss

Yesterday I just bought me a 98 ss I got it really cheap but it has 170kmiles I had to replace the pcv I used the fuel line thing but when I try starting it it doesn't wanna stay running I have to continuously be inn the gas revving it up and I tried taking off but it kept wanting to die so I would have to nonstop keep pressing the clutch and revving it up to keep it going any ideas to what's wrong.
Thanks ryan

Was it doing it before you worked on the pcv system,, it sounds like you have a vacuum leak, check your hoses at the valve covers, throttle body, intake by the TB, at the brake booster, and on the back of the manifold, they are a pain to reach, but you can do it, I lay on the engine to reach around. Hope this helps.

Gotta be a vacuum leak if it was running fine before.

Plug the Fitting on the intake manifold and run with the pcv line sitting there. All it does is spew oil and fumes back in the intake
