0.050 gap them at that. If your doing wires too go with msd super conductors. Good luck.

You can gap the plugs yourself. You don't need to rely on the gap from NGK.

I don't understand why people rely on what the manufacturer says they come gapped at. It takes 8 seconds to check each gap and re-gap if needed.

By either TR55 or TR5 plugs, they are identical. Gap them to .050, there is no better gap for the LSx engines, from bone stock to 600 RWHP. Boosted or Nitrous....they require specific gaps and plugs.

I gapped them at .055 but the passenger side is a bitch. I am going to remove the brackets on both side and get new valve cover gaskets since im already under the hood. But these plugs are definitely not easy to change. MSD wires

Here from NGK, we would suggest to call for gapping requirements, depending on modifications to the engine. This plug comes out of the box at 0.060". We would only reccommend adjusting gap +/- 0.08" of what it comes out of the box at. Over 0.08" we see starts to weaken the weld at the base of the ground strap and can cause plug failure, if you need to adjust more than this, we would have a seperate plug. Please call our tech support line if you have further questions at 1-877-473-6767 ext#2.

Thanks for the support
