Default Light shaking at idle

I recently noticed a small thumping coming from the engine. Its only noticable from inside the car and is felt though the pedals and steering wheel. You can only feel it when its at idle and not under load or acceleration. I thought it was a bad plug so I changed my plugs and noticed it was still there. Could I have a vaccum leak? Any suggestions to what it could be would be great.

Not so great gas could be causing this maybe. Has it been going on for a while?

I had it a few months ago and it went away and then it came back. I run Mobil 91 octane and have been running only 91 octane. I noticed my pcv elbow on top of my passenger side valve cover was cracked so I replaced it. I used a 3/8s fuel line hose that fitted snug at first but now is kinda loose.
