So I've been working on a overhaul of a few things this winter on the bird. I just finished removing the power steering lines off the rack and pinion. I found this cap thing sitting above the k member. Can anyone tell me what this is? I can't figure out if it belongs somewhere or is something left behind from previous repairs. It doesn't look like there is anything missing from what I could tell.
