Dropped a socket and shorted system. Help

Dropped a socket and shorted system. Help My dash board flashed, then everything when dead. After a while I was able to get home and remoced the battery terminal.
I removed the socket and you can see that it was shorted, by starter. Now my lights inside the car (mirror) doesn't turn off. My electric water pump stays on even when the key us off. Switches fused?
Is this something that I can fix? How? Thanks
