weird noise??

weird noise?? Can anyone tell me what this strange noise is coming from the engine. Its coming from the drivers side. It gets louder as the car heats up. My oil pressure is acting weird to. When I first start it the oil pressure is at 40. Once the car heats up, at idle it drops to about 20. Once i accelerate again the oil pressure goes right back up.

I thought it was a bad pulley but that doesn't make sense that it gets louder as the car heats up...does it sound like it's coming from the rear of the motor, or the front?
