Default Need Help 350T spraying fluid....

ok guys just bought this car a few days ago has an LS6 backed by a 350 turbo trany with 2500 stall. car runs and drives fine, but when getting on it or leaving the hole under a load the trany sprays fluid on header and causing smoke everywhere which looks like sh*%. is there something i can do to fix this any suggestion would be great!!! thanks

check the lines that are running from the trans to the cooler, look for a leak, or a busted line or fitting. that may be where the problem is coming from, also give the dipstick tube a good look. that could be another source. I would bet its one of those thats causing the problem. Hope this helps.

The transmission might be venting. Look on top of the transmission to see if its wet. There is a vent tube there. If the pump is cross feeding into the vent port it will blow out the vent under load. If it is you need to go to a tranny shop and have the pump replaced. Ive seen this quite a few times at my tranny shop.
