Question Fuel pumps

I've got a 1999 Camaro with a 3.8l V6 with 133k on it and the sending unit does not work right any more. So here is the deal I bought a rolled over parts 2002 z28 with 500 miles(YES, 500 miles what a shame!!!) on it a few years back and have the 5.7l fuel module. WILL it work in my 3.8l car or will it give me problems? If it will give me problem has anyone put a new delphi brand pump module in and had good luck with these pumps? I normally only install ac delco pump in any GM car because they last and do not give drivability problems! thanks

I have heard that the regulator is different between the V6 and V8, do a search and I'm sure you will find the correct post on this issue.
