Default Not Reading Bank 2 O2 Sensor

About a month after I picked up my car the SES light came on, took it by auto zone to read the code and it was the 1153 code. Had it cleared and never came back up. I knew that my gas mileage after that never was really what I thought it should be for a six speed car. Was used to high 20s in my LT1 and getting like 22 in this car if I'm lucky after the light came on and cleared. 3-4 months later now I started doing some tune up measures (air filter, ac delco iridium plugs, oil) and I finally got in my aeroforce interceptor guage. Well I ran the code checker and it showed a P0300 and P1153 but no SES light. 0300 is misfires from my understanding which it does do at idle watching the guage but not at all driving. I read this is from the o2 sensor not working?

On to the sensor. Bank 1 fluctuates like it should. However bank 2 (passenger) sits at 430-450mv no matter what. Picked up a new vette sensor 13111 assuming it was bad. Got home and changed it out. Still done the same thing. Unplugged it, no change. Unplugged bank 1 to test and it did what bank 2 is doing so I plugged it back in and got to looking for burned/pinched wires on bank 2 to no avail. i did unplug the extension and bypassed it since the vette sensor had a longer cable and it still read .430-.450 so i just put the old sensor back in. The fuses are good so what would cause this??

I'm hoping it's not a bad computer since it's not wanting to read the sensor.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Yeah you know exactly how I feel right now! I was really dreading breaking out the multimeter and possibly replacing a pcm. First bit of good news I've got in a WHILE!
