Default Firebird Headlight Problem, Newbie

So I took out the motor, replaced the gear, greased it and sealed it shut. I am still getting the up and down grinding noise, though, even when I use the remote to unlock/lock my 99 Firebird. Help please?

I have heard that holding the unlock button for 5-10 seconds has fixed the problem for some people. Doesn't seem like it would do anything when you think about it. I guess you never know. Also make sure the motors are fully secured to their mounting points. Good luck bro.

You should first read the instructions! http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/headl...x/#MetalGuide2

I'd suggest re-reading the section that has the big yellow letters that says "THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT..."
