Cool Electrical PITA

Please sum1 help me. I am reading at times 13 volts then dances around to
About 9. Wat the hekkk. Already replaced an alternator twice both were brand new as well as 2 new batterys. Next guess?

check and/or replace the 3 or 4 pin connector that plugs into the alternator.
