Default No heat

What would make the heater not work in a 2001 chevy truck. Gauge is showing 200deg but will not blow heat. Also replaced t stat

Assuming coolilng system is full of coolant and the heater core is not stopped up I would look at the air temperature actuator. You will have one of these whether you have manual or electric HVAC system. Drop your instrument panel hush panel and you should be able to see temp. actuator.
