New car, next move
Change all fluids (motor, trans, rear diff, steering, brake)
Radiator flush
Check brake pads and rotors
Change fuel filter, pcv valve, spark plug and wires.
Check fuel pressure and battery voltage.
Check for loose/broken suspension components, tie rods, bushings and ball joints.
Check for any weak hoses in the engine bay.
Fbodies have window motors that notoriously go out, check for any sluggish window roll up.
Re grease window and hatch seals.
Other pesky problem these cars have is the factory on board security system called VATS.
I 'd recommend to bypass it because it might start acting up eventually and leave you stranded.
Why did the car sit for a year?
This is all I can think of now.
