car runs rough

car runs rough so today i changed my oil and fuel filter along with my HIDS after i did all the work i started the car and i idled like **** i figured when i disconnected the battery it had to relearn all the strategies so i went to get some food came back out car has a long extended crank wtf does anybody have a clue what is going on and O its 2000 ws6 and the fuel fliter is an ac delco
So you just put HIDs on it now or changed bulbs on them or something? I seem to remember reading on here of some electrical gremlins with the Trans Ams/Firebirds when running HIDs. Are the wipers acting up at all?

no it just wants to take its ime to start the car runs fine after i get it running but the first time i started it didnt want to idle i had the batt disc so i figured it was relearning its adaptive stratgies so i let it idle and then drove it 18 miles went out this morning to go get my chickenhead aka wife lol didnt lite off after first turn of the key all i di was change oil and fuel filter and put hids in
