What does this code mean?

hey guys!

I've had my 2001 Z28 scanned few days ago and got this code

C0181 - Throttle Reduction Motor. What does this mean? Is it something major I need to worry about?

There are no lights coming on in my dashboard! everything seems to be fine.

Please help!
