Is there a way to keep ceramic coated headers from rust ?

They are just few months installed.

As long as the coating doesn't chip, they won't rust.

It will only rust when the coating fails and the raw steel is exposed to the elements. So without recoating the headers, I would say protect them from rock chips and other road debris.
