Weird exhaust noises

Weird exhaust noises 1st Noise- Happened a long time ago, I was on a trip and doing some spirited driving. ( 130+ mph). Well, when I got to my destination, I backed into a spot
( like a G) and I heard this weird rattle. Now when I back up it usually gives me a nice little rattle. I checked it out, and a bolt fell off. Replaced it. But it's still rattling..
2nd Noise- Recently started occurring. I was sitting a light and all of a sudden the whole car was vibrating. Seemed like it was coming from the rear. opened the door and I couldn't hear it from the outside. It's just a weird vibration. Really loud too. Checked it out and everything seemed secure.
Any others have any of these issues?
