Thumbs down Starting Issues

Hey guys, I'm going to quickly explain my situation. Went to start the car after not starting it for awhile, and the engine turns over, but roughly, and stays at low RPMs (200-300). If I try a few more times, it starts and drives completely normally. Driving around, you'd never know anything was wrong.

I had changed the spark plugs recently, so I'm thinking something is wrong with one of them or perhaps the connections for the circuit. The way it rough/low idles makes me feel like some of the cylinders just didn't turn over.

Any ideas?

Check the battery, might be on it's way out.
