Default Air Bubbles in Power Steering or?

Today me and a friend drained the PS fluid in my 99 Trans Am. He simply unhooked the two lines going into the rack and we drained it this way till no more fluid was there.

We filled it with some Red Line Synthetic- (took one quart) He made me steer the car lock to lock while up on the hoist and added more fluid as needed.

So I took the car out to for a drive and now there is a very noticeable shake/rattle that is being emitted through my steering wheel.

Any thoughts/ideas?

In what conditions and what speeds?

+1 for getting it up off the ground and going rack to rack again. Did you put the correct type of fluid in?

I put in the Red Line Synthetic Fluid in it which I know of a few members on here have used in the past (Sam Strano being one)

Very low speeds when the pump is working harder. I also did a few lock-lock with the car completely stopped.
