Default LS1 performance problem

All I am deploying next week and i am in Germany....My 98 Trans-am developed a problem. When i am cruising and i floor the gas pedal, the transmission downshifts fine then the car seems to start bogging down, almost as if it was starving for fuel. If i ease up on the accelerator its fine. The fuel pump is only 6 months old and no other issues with performance. The fuel filter is also 6 months old.

Any suggestions? The only MOD was a level 2 transmission and a 3200 stall converter just installed. The SES light is also on...

Id like to get this fixed before i go.......Any help appreciated

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it. Got to start with basics. And get the codes.

Visually inspect everything underneath the car fuel lines ect...could be a kink in the lines somewhere especially around the fuel filter...but like said above diagnose what the codes are also.

scann system with a gm tech 2 check for Stored DTC's and freeze frame data. check fuel trims and O2 readings, and get a fuel pressure test gauge on the fuel rail

Im not sure if they do or not but your A4 has a kick down cable? I had to re-adjust mine a few times but I couldn't get any real power from it until that point. My old trans was a 350T in a truck of mine. Not sure if this helps but its worth a shot i guess.
