Weird springing noise!?

Weird springing noise!? Im hearing the weirdest noise I've ever heard..
It comes from like the passenger air bag area, and it's like a high speed spring bouncing around.
I hope the description helps someone get an idea of what it is,.. :/
But it happens around 15-35mph occasionally at low rpm.
Any ideas?
