High Idle after using Cruise Control

The car is just fine during any driving around town, but if I head out on the highway and use cruise for a bit, the car will idle high (1000-1200) after coming to a stop. It will start to go back to normal after driving around town for for a bit. Car runs fine, no codes, etc.
A couple of things to note:
I have a Potz ported TB. Could it be IAC or TPS from swapping them over by any chance?
Could it have anything to do with the vacuum booster? When I put a new strut mount in, I pulled the master cylinder, but when I bolted it back to the booster, I heard an air hiss until I got the bolts threaded a bit.
Any advice?
