Are there any other relays besides the ones in the black fuse box that would cause the fans to not work? And I will get rid of the thermostat

If only one fan is turning on, then the other fan may have a short in its motor or in its wiring.

Have you checked both of the fans while unplugged? Check the resistance they have to make sure they arent failing internally? Hard wire them directly just to make sure they both blow with the same force? Then I would make sure they are well grounded.

I got under the car this morning and seen that both the compressor and radiator were covered in a whole bunch of hay and junk. I used a brush to get it off and used some air from a compressor to blow out the rest of the junk. Couldn't start the car up because I tore both of the belts on the car so I'll replace and test the car out tomorrow.
