Do you have leaking in the rear, also? There are stops back there, which you can turn by hand, but there are also other issues back there, which can lead to leaking. If the weatherstripping looks fine, 99.9% chance it is fine.
Yea the rear also looks, the weatherstripping looks more messed up in the rear then on the doors. But ill try messing with the stops today and see what that does.

Wanna post some pics? There is no way to get inexpensive weatherstripping so you may want to get as many opinions/verdicts before going that route. (I'm not looking forward to the day when I have to change mine out.)

Its not the weather stripping! I went to take pictures and looked it all over and it all looks fine. Ill adjust all the stops and that should fix it

There are many other things that can cause leaks in the rear. I doubt adjust the stops will change anything. You hay have to get one person in the car and another outside with a hose to find out what's up. If water backs up in the gutters, etc. it can flow under the weatherstripping, etc.

How do I prevent the water backing up? What else can I do to fix the rear other than adjusting the stops or weather stripping?

You have to figure out how the water is getting in and from where first. There are lots of other threads from people with similar issues.

You might have this problem link because I know I did and it took me forever to figure it out.
