Wont start interment issue
Wont start interment issue I got a 99 z28 last week and I am having a wont start interment issue. That began two days after I got it.
About every other time I go to start it will crank over hard but wont fire. When it wants to start it starts immediately. When I turn the key forward the security light will go off. Wiggling the key doesnt help. We have checked the resistor on the key and he hooked a multimeter up to some wires under the dash and got the same reading even while wiggling the tumbler. It doesnt show any codes while not starting also. According to him he doesnt think its an anti theft issue.
I have fuel pressure but it wont spark or injector pulse when it doesnt start. When it does start the car runs and drives fine. No cutting out or stalling of any kind.
