So when I turn left I hear a whine . I think it is my power steering pump . It happens when I am going about 15 mph or higher . If I am slower it doesn't do it . But it makes a rubbing noise too . It doesn't do it at all when I turn right though . Where do I start so I can fix this ?

 

It was low on fluid but the problem still persists

 

i have a similar noise 45mph when changing lanes there is best described as a tubing noise. only on the left.. full of fluid

 

might just need a new pulley
